It provides a wide range of features that covers the needs of most merchants, so you can easily close most sales with any merchant and build your revenue. From in-store advertising and mobile marketing to enhanced print ads, direct sales, and customer messaging, merchants will have the product and service offering they need to take their business into the 21st-century.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, confident, and innovative representatives that can handle 1 or more client chat sessions at a time. Providing quick and accurate solutions to every client’s needs.

DUTIES

  • Document all actions during chat sessions
  • Respond to customer chat requests in a timely manner.

  • Must be proficient in reading and writing English.

  • Must be able to work on a strict schedule.

  • Must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST (Los Angeles Time).

SKILLS

  • Data Entry Skills.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Handle tasks independently.
  • Type at speed – Type texts accurately at a high speed.
  • Have computer literacy – Utilize computers, IT equipment, Microsoft Applications technology in an efficient way.
  • Create solutions to problems.
  • Perform multiple tasks at the same time.

TOOLS

  • tawk.to – as a chat tool
  • Skype & Microsoft teams – for team communication.
  • Knowledge is operating Go to Meeting (scheduling presentations).

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

  • LAPTOP or PC with SSD, 4gm ram.

  • Back-up power supply for any power surge.
  • Back-up ISP, like pocket wifi or another ISP.
